Shipping Policies

WE ONLY SHIP TO RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF INDIANAShipping is through the United States Postal Service.

In the case where you know that U.S.P.S. will not deliver to you, you can choose a separate shipping location such as your place of work or a family members home. Again, this location must be within the State of Indiana

If you are not able to receive your product via U.S.P.S., please do not place an order as this item will only be sent back to us as a "Return to Sender". Returned Shipping Fees will not be refunded.

Shipping Address

We can ship to your PO Boxes, any and all addresses that your local U.S.P.S. can deliver to. Please note that your billing and shipping address may not match. Please double check your shipping address and that all the information is correct.

Return to Sender

Returned Shipping fees will not be refunded. No attempts to reship will only be made. An image of the "Return to Sender" sticker that is applied by U.S.P.S. will be taken and emailed to you.  If you did not use your email during the order placement process, we may text it to you for the proof of the return. 

A new order may be placed, and may be subject to clarification of the shipping address.

 

Damages - Linden Tree Mountain, L.L.C. will make this right for you by replacing your damaged product free of charge.

If your item is received damaged, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONSUME. Please follow this simple outline:

  1. Take images of the product, the box, and the shipping label with your smartphone or other device.
  2. Email the images to tonyshotdust@gmail.com
  3. Put in subject line: "My Order#_______, Arrived Damaged"
  4. Please put in the body of the email: The Tracking number and your shipping address, along with how many damaged items arrived.

We will ship you out a replacement for every bottle that is broken, free of charge.

 

Receivership of Product

You the buyer are responsible for the receivership of the product. For the most part, the shipment packages are small enough to fit in most mail boxes.

However, if we deem that your shipment might not be easily received, a signature requirement may be placed upon your shipment to ensure it's safety for your receivership, at no extra cost to you the buyer.

Linden Tree Mountain, L.L.C. retains the right to require signatures and adult signatures for proof of deliver at no extra charge to you the buyer.

Charge backs for shipments that have a signature will be contested.

If you have not received your shipment please check your email for a tracking number, the email may have gone to your trash or spam folder, or you might have typo-d your email address.  Please follow the next few steps in this simple outline:

  1. Please email us at tonyshotdust@gmail.com.
  2. Put in subject line: "My Order#, Never Arrived"
  3. Put in the body of the email: Confirmed Shipping address, phone number, and valid e-mail address where we can reach you.

We will reach out to U.S.P.S. to begin a tracer or claim. If your item is deemed lost and is confirmed by the carrier: We will ship you out a replacement for every bottle that was lost, free of charge. An adult signature may be required.

 

Replacements

Replacements will be shipped free of charge, no expedited services will be used.

 

Change of Shipping Service

Please take notice: Linden Tree Mountain, L.L.C. retains the right to ship using any service we deem modestly reliable. For the moment, we ship with U.S.P.S. Concerning periodical seasonal rushes, we may retain the right to ship via U.P.S. or FedEx.

Please contact us concerning your purchase if you realize that you might not be able to receive your shipment for any reason. We will attempt to work something out for you, including the change of service.

 

Change of Policies - A change of polices can come at any time. Customers will only be held to the policies in place at the time of purchase.
